Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of https://cellular-innovation-inc.zadikase.com and the Cellular Innovation Inc kiosks, operated by Zadikuzz Group Inc ("we"). If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Using the site

You may use the site to browse products, create designs and place orders lawfully. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, use bots or scrape data.

2. Account

You are responsible for your account information and activity. Tell us at sales@zadikase.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Orders

Kiosk print orders and online orders picked up at a kiosk are also governed by the Kiosk Order Terms, including the 14-day pickup window and the refund policy. We may refuse or cancel an order for a pricing error, lack of stock, suspected fraud or prohibited content.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to it and give us a limited permission to reproduce it to fulfill your orders. You may not upload content that infringes third-party rights or is illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit.

5. Intellectual property

The site, trademarks, gallery art and software belong to Zadikuzz Group Inc, Cellular Innovation Inc or their licensors. You may not copy or use them beyond what is permitted.

6. No warranties; limit of liability

The site and kiosks are provided "as is" and as available. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Zadikuzz Group Inc and Cellular Innovation Inc for claims arising from your content or your misuse of the site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.

9. Governing law and contact
