Kiosk Order Terms

These terms apply to every custom print order placed at a kiosk, or ordered online for pickup at a kiosk, of Cellular Innovation Inc (https://cellular-innovation-inc.zadikase.com), operated by Zadikuzz Group Inc ("we"). By ordering you accept these terms.

1. Two ways to order

• Print at the kiosk: you scan the kiosk QR code, pay on the site and your design prints right away.
• Order online and pick up: you pay online, we reserve your order at the kiosk you chose, and you print it when you arrive using your order code or QR.

2. Pickup window: 14 days

Online orders must be picked up (printed at the kiosk) within 14 days of the order date. After that, the store may consider the order abandoned, at its discretion. In that case a refund or credit is not guaranteed, and we may release the reserved stock.

3. No refunds once printed

Prints are custom-made to your order. Once an order is printed we do not accept returns or refunds, except for manufacturing defects or misprints reported at pickup or within 7 days of printing. In that case we reprint your order or refund you, at our option. Email sales@zadikase.com with your order number and a photo.

4. If the kiosk fails

If the kiosk fails to print your order because of an equipment fault, we will reprint it or refund you.

5. Your content and your rights

You confirm that you own, or have all rights and permissions to use and reproduce, every image, design, text, logo or trademark you upload or print. You authorize us to reproduce your content only to fulfill your order. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zadikuzz Group Inc, Cellular Innovation Inc and their affiliates from any claim, damage or cost (including attorney fees) arising from your content or your breach of this section.

6. Prohibited content

We may refuse, stop or cancel any order with content that infringes copyright or trademarks, is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that exposes us to liability. If we cancel before printing we refund the charge; we do not refund orders already printed with prohibited content.

7. Color and fit

Printed colors may differ from your screen because of display, material and product differences. Check your device model and product before paying: we are not responsible for a wrong model chosen by the customer. Minor color or placement variation is not a defect.

8. Prices, taxes and payment

Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Questions: sales@zadikase.com.
