Zadikuzz Group Inc operates Cellular Innovation Inc (https://cellular-innovation-inc.zadikase.com). This policy explains what data we collect when you use the site and kiosks, why we use it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Contact and account: name, email, phone and addresses you give us.
• Your designs: images, text and designs you upload or create to print.
• Orders and payments: items, amounts, order status and the kiosk or location chosen. Your card details are received and processed directly by our payment processor; we do not store the full number.
• Kiosk session and usage: an identifier of the kiosk (kiosk session cookie) showing which machine you are at, plus technical browser data.
• Analytics and advertising: only if the store has enabled measurement tools.

2. How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, print your design, give support, prevent fraud, comply with the law and improve the service. With your permission, to send marketing messages.

3. How long we keep it

• Uploaded designs and images: kept as long as needed to fulfil orders and for the store's records.
• Order and payment records: as long as accounting and tax laws require.
• Account and contact data: while your account is active or until you ask us to delete it.

4. Who we share it with

Our payment processor; Cellular Innovation Inc and Zadikuzz Group Inc to fulfill your order; shipping, kiosk-operation and hosting providers acting on our behalf; analytics tools where enabled; and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

• Essential: customer session, language (1 year) and cart.
• Kiosk session: when you scan a kiosk QR code we store the machine identifier in a short-lived session cookie.
• Referral: if you arrive with a referral code we store it for 30 days.
• Analytics: only if the store enabled it. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw marketing consent, by writing to sales@zadikase.com. We respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security and minors

We use reasonable measures to protect your data. The service is not directed to children under 13.
